You can make reservations for the apartments by calling +34677874790, messaging me on WhatsApp, or emailing service@hellenhost.com.

You can also make your own reservation on the HellenHost website or through one of the platforms we work with: Booking and Airbnb.

If you book through the website, we’ll contact you to confirm your reservation and discuss which payment method works best for you. We only charge 20 percent of the total reservation cost upfront. You can pay the remainder at check-in. Sometimes guests have asked to pay the full amount in advance for their own convenience—that’s perfectly fine.

The security deposit is also due at check-in.

Prices may vary depending on the dates of your reservation, whether there are events taking place, etc.

You can view your final price before making the reservation, and this price will not change unless you wish to modify your reservation to add more days, change the dates, or add more guests.

On rare occasions, we’ve had pricing configuration issues, resulting in some reservations being booked at a price well below market value. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline the reservation. Our designated check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you need to check in before or after these hours, please contact us so we can see if it’s possible and make the necessary arrangements. There would be an additional charge of between 10 and 15€ per hour, depending on the apartment and the time of check-in.

Most importantly, no matter what time it is, we’ll be there to assist you. If you can’t enter the apartment right away because it isn’t ready yet, we’ll take your luggage and give you the keys, and as soon as the apartment is ready, we’ll let you know.

You can read reviews about our work on the booking platforms. There are no reviews outside of these platforms for a very important reason—for both you and us—and that is authenticity. We’re working on a way to obtain verified reviews when you book directly on our website.

If you need parking, it’s located in the same building; the cost is €35 per day. We’ll wait for you on the street to let you in when you arrive so you won’t have to park there.
